Profile of The Mount // The Mount Church was founded in 1907 in Stafford Virginia when there weren’t any paved roads! Started by just a few families, the Mount has grown to over 3000 in attendance across 3 physical locations and a campus online. The Mount Church is a growing multi-ethnic church that has been called to make a difference for one more.

General

Responsibilities

  • Implement weekly programming, 6 weeks to grade five as created by Central Kid Ministry Staff.
  • Collaborate with Kid Ministry Team across all campuses.
  • Identify, recruit, train and equip all Kid Ministry Volunteers.
  • Maintain weekly schedule for Kid Environments.
  • Lead in communication and training of all Kid Small Group Leaders, Team Coaches, Large Group, Welcome
    Team, and Bin Team Volunteers.
  • Assist with development and implementation of Kid Ministry summer programs: WinShape Camp.
  • Facilitate first connection cards and texts for new Kid Ministry families.
  • Update and maintain information for Kid Ministry in global database, to include promotions.
  • Maintain Birthday Cart.
  • Attend Staff Meetings as required with both FXBG Staff, Kid Staff and Central Staff.
  • Attend periodic training events.
  • Responsible for all Kid Ministry Events and Programming on the FXBG Campus, including Child
    Dedication and Baptism.
  • Develop, plan and execute Volunteer training events, including Sunday morning Huddle Up.
  • Recruit and hire, with Global Director of Kids, childcare employees and facilitate all childcare events for
    FXBG Campus, to include schedules and activities.
  • Provide strategic support to leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.
