The Mount is led by a group of elected Elders serving different terms. Elders serve the church as guardrails in the areas of teaching, leading and protecting. They are nominated based on the characteristics found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.

If you know someone who could serve as an Elder based on those characteristics, you can nominate them soon when Elder nominations open.
