Profile of The Mount // The Mount Church was founded in 1907 in Stafford Virginia when there weren’t any paved roads! Started by just a few families, the Mount has grown to over 3000 in attendance across 3 physical locations and a campus online. The Mount Church is a growing multi-ethnic church that has been called to make a difference for one more.

General

• Have a growing walk with Christ and a passion to share Christ with kids and their families

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to leadership
• Execute all promotions for elementary aged kids and elementary volunteers
• Update and maintain information for elementary families and elementary volunteers in global database
• Provide leadership, recruitment and training for the elementary welcome desk
• Purchase and maintain all welcome desk and kiosk materials
• Create and maintain weekly forms
• Maintain volunteer check list of completed security paperwork
• Send global Kid Ministry emails
• Maintain Birthday Cart
• Purchase and provide all welcome bags for new elementary families
• Facilitate first connection cards for new elementary families
• Assist with all Kid Ministry events to include baptism
• Other duties as assigned

Job Schedule Expectations

• Assist with Sundays, 7AM – 1PM
• Attend Monday meetings
• Attend weekly Sunday Worship service
